Namaskaram, I think you are holding some of the mudras too much on the side, try to keep them in the middle, flat and perpendicular

Anna I have one suggestion. Please keep extra movements to minimus during Veerasana. That's how they taught it

I'll recommend volunteering in programs for which you need corrections. They can help much better, these videos just are helping me keep up the habit :)

Namaskaram Anna How long we need to sit in vajrasan during shoonya intensive. I am unable to sit for more than 12-15 mins. My Shoonya is planned from 8 Sep. Kindly

@@kaps545 Namaskaram Anna, I was not able to sit for even 5 minutes when I went for program. Dont worry, just trust the process, in the program they will guide you & you'll make it through 🫡

Thanks for your support! 🎉 For the above video, Angamardana - 35-40 Minutes, Shakti Chalana Kriya- 45-50 Minutes, Shambhavi- 20-25 Minutes, Shoonya - 30 Minutes. The total might add up to 2.5 Hours :)
