Angamardhana is a classical hatha yoga, which works on limbs & organs of your body. This is a comprehensive physical workout which engage every muscle & tissue of your body makes an iron core.
It involves 4 processes:
Standing, Squating, sitting & laying down.
I intentionaly excluded sitting process to make video shorter because sitting process itself is of 15 minutes.
