You know this is a killer workout when doing regular burpees at the end seems comparatively almost "easy"!!! 🔥🔥🔥

My favorite combo was the last one - rolling one leg push-ups and the burpee tuck jumps! 🔥 You know I love the rolling move!!! 160 max HR. You’re our rockstar, Caroline!!!

Hi Caroline....I always enjoy doing TABATA...I find you start off thinking it’s ok because the work is only 20 secs...but as the rest is short the intensity really builds up quickly! This looks like a very tough one with lots of burpee and push up variations! Have a great workout everyone and a lovely Sunday...hope especially that you, Caroline, have a nice relaxing Sunday with your family. Matthew

Hi Matthew, I too enjoy Tabata style a lot. Just having a minor setback as I hurt my shoulder and can't do any type of pushups. Modifications and alternate exercises are key for my staying on track. Hope you had fun with this one.

it looked intimidating but actually it was not that difficult to do..probably because 20 secs work nd 10sec rest...i still get chills thinking about last weeks emom ..that was a tough one

In the middle my heart pumps so fast that I almost thought this is the last day of my life🤣 But I made it!! And push up has been easier and easier by time. Thank you Caroline❤️

Have been following this series for almost a month and I was slowly noticing the change in me, not just aesthetics wise but also in motivation and lifestyle. Thanks Caroline for everything. Got tested Covid positive 2 days ago and will probably need to skip workout for some weeks now. But this will only be a short break. I'll make sure I'm coming back stronger.

hanging in there, been doing this every single day besides 3 days where I've gone to my warrior class at the gym, Caroline, I can't stress enough the help you've been for me. Going from crying looking at myself naked at 210 pounds to now 130 and feeling stronger, sexier, and happier at almost 30 years old versus my whole life! I LOVE YOU. THANK YOU.

Perfect! I like the Tabata style so much. I'm still having trouble with the roll-through push-ups (I can never get back into the push-up on one roll lol), but I was shocked at how easily I was able to do the other push-ups in this one. Progress! Thanks, Caroline!

This workout underscores that our bodies truly are the machine....boy-oh-boy, my workouts "HIIT" different in the afternoon than in the morning, perhaps I need to switch it up a bit. Feeling awesomely sweaty and great to close out the week with this one! 7.15.2022!

Started doing your workout after my corona recovery, I didn't know if I was capable enough but to my surprise, I'm seeing a visible difference in my body for the first time in my workout journey. I see my biceps definition when I lift my arms to tie my hair up, I see a proper ab definition and my thighs are soo much more toned! Keep doing her workout guys, I can say that in my 3 years of at home workout journey, I see changes and I feel stronger for the first time and I'm just 35 days in! Ily caroline, ur a goddess!❤

I'm very happy with this program and with my progress! I lost only 2kg BUT my body is more defined, thinner. My measurements are different from the beginning. I can see that clearly on the pictures I took. Amazing! Thank you for your commitment to help us!

Hi Cristiane...so brilliant that you can see such great progress and, as you say, this isn’t measured simply by what you weigh. Like you I have lost about 2 kg during this series...which is fine...I didn’t particularly want to lose weight. But my strength and fitness have improved so much! Have a lovely day! Matthew

I have never thought i'd come so far. After years of yoyo-ing and fast ending sports journeys, hell of demotivation and disbelieve, that i am ever going to be a lean sporty person ...i now stay hier infront of my mirror in my forties and i can't believe my eyes, i look better than i ever did in my twenties...is that even posible? day 35 and i am just obsessend with the programm...never felt or looked like this in my entire life...EPIC ist just the half of how i feel! I feel double-epic, Caroline! I thank you from all my heart for showing me, that i can do more, than i ever thought i am capable of.

This is one of the only workout programs I've stuck with because it's so varied. I've been taking progress pics and can see a noticeable difference. I've gone from 8-10 lb weights to 15-20 lb weights. Really awesome program that I can just repeat when the first 10 weeks are done. Thank you for this!

Each 5th day - the HIIT Sunday - feels like a milestone 👊👊 I do the workout and then, when I look back, I think “whoa! already .. 35 days?? Did I do that??” and then again a new week, a new milestone and a new great feeling of achievement 😀😀😀👊👊👊 Great program!!!👍👍👍👍

Just finished this workout and for the first time ever I did all pushups on my toes!! I have never in my life been able to finish a lot of pushups without going on my knees for some of them but today I did it and I´m so happy and proud! Caroline is getting me in the best shape possible for 2021 (and I did CrossFit for years but this is way better). Thank you, Caroline!

I gave my everything at this! I look like I got rained on. Kept my heart rate up, stayed breathless. It was hard but I'm proud. When I started with Epic Beginner I could barely do 2-3 burpees. Now I can absolutely launch myself and go go go. Looking forward to day 36 and beyond!

Whew, this workout kicked my butt. This whole week kicked my butt actually. Starting from last Sunday’s EMOM HIIT Day 30 through today’s Day 35 it was a whole new level of challenging! Love it and I feel so accomplished for finishing it. Looking forward to a whole new week of challenge ahead!

Thank you!I love the crop too!lucky gym gear dosent take up much room!you always look so glam.doing workout now,Sunday arvo special.Boy oh boy I hope you keep these workouts in KZbin after the ten weeks,they have become a bit addictive!By the looks of the comments,I don't think it's just me🙂💪💪👊👍☝️

Hi Samantha...yes definitely addictive!! I just love Caroline’s workouts! I don’t think that Caroline will have any thought of removing these workouts from KZbin. Everything Caroline does is to help us achieve our goals and I’m sure that will continue after this series is finished! Have a lovely day! Matthew

Hey Caroline! Hope you good. Tabata HIIT 🔥✌️ is my favourite and like the fact that there is lot of jumping which will be challenging. I just did the workout , finished with 10 burpees in the 20sec finisher. Then I just slept on the floor , heartbeat was beating super- fast , face was as red as an apple but the cool-down calmed me down . Cool down is a must atleast for these kind of workouts. They make a big difference ❤️🔥.

I needed to yogi for a half an hour to counteract the heart racing! I couldn’t catch my breath at the end! That was so worrh it!

A few weeks ago this seemed impossible to do. I was like "What? That many burpees and push ups? Are you out of your mind?". But getting to the end of the workout and being able to have done most of it quite well really shows progress! Thank you Caroline for making me feel EPIC! 😀

And I thought this would be easy since I enjoyed day 30 and what is this??? It was so hard I had to take extended break! I love how I can do hover plank with shoulder tap and did many reps as I really struggled in doing hover plank and my knees is slightly bend as Caroline compared to before that I have to high it up and my legs are not aligned to my upper body. I just love how I can now hold any plank variations except for side plank leg lower hang 😂. Planking is my weakness and I am happy how I can do it now without getting scared. Btw, for all of us who haven't achieved that "body goals" don't be ashamed for yourselves your body now is the "best body" for enduring all these challenges eventhough you want to stop and you still keep on going! I hope you won't stop because of that, continue to get much stronger everything will fall in line if you just enjoy it and give your best shot! Happy Sunday! Hope you will have a great workout session today! ❤

I am dripping in sweat. This one is nearly the same intensity as some of your pre-epic hiits. Difference now is that I feel so much stronger doing it.

Excellent!! Yes it never becomes easier... yes mentally but physically you go faster, do more reps, lower push ups etc!!😆😆✋🏼💓

Didin't think I was a fan of tabata style but this might've been my favorite HIIT yet! Almost skipped it since I missed a day and wanted to get straight into weights but I'm glad I ended up doing it. Thanks Caroline!
