Hi Caroline....I always enjoy doing TABATA...I find you start off thinking it’s ok because the work is only 20 secs...but as the rest is short the intensity really builds up quickly! This looks like a very tough one with lots of burpee and push up variations! Hi Matthew, I too enjoy Tabata style a lot. Just having a minor setback as I hurt my shoulder and can't do any type of pushups. Modifications and alternate exercises are key for my staying on track. Hope you had fun with this one.

Got tested Covid positive 2 days ago and will probably need to skip workout for some weeks now. But this will only be a short break. I'll make sure I'm coming back stronger.

Started doing your workout after my corona recovery, I didn't know if I was capable enough but to my surprise, I'm seeing a visible difference in my body for the first time in my workout journey. I see my biceps definition when I lift my arms to tie my hair up, I see a proper ab definition and my thighs are soo much more toned! Keep doing her workout guys, I can say that in my 3 years of at home workout journey, I see changes and I feel stronger for the first time and I'm just 35 days in! Ily caroline, ur a goddess!❤

I'm very happy with this program and with my progress! I lost only 2kg BUT my body is more defined, thinner. My measurements are different from the beginning. I can see that clearly on the pictures I took. Amazing! Thank you for your commitment to help us!

I have never thought i'd come so far. After years of yoyo-ing and fast ending sports journeys, hell of demotivation and disbelieve, that i am ever going to be a lean sporty person ...i now stay hier infront of my mirror in my forties and i can't believe my eyes, i look better than i ever did in my twenties...is that even posible? day 35 and i am just obsessend with the programm...never felt or looked like this in my entire life...EPIC ist just the half of how i feel! I feel double-epic, Caroline! I thank you from all my heart for showing me, that i can do more, than i ever thought i am capable of.

This is one of the only workout programs I've stuck with because it's so varied. I've been taking progress pics and can see a noticeable difference. I've gone from 8-10 lb weights to 15-20 lb weights. Really awesome program that I can just repeat when the first 10 weeks are done. Thank you for this!

Just finished this workout and for the first time ever I did all pushups on my toes!! I have never in my life been able to finish a lot of pushups without going on my knees for some of them but today I did it and I´m so happy and proud! I gave my everything at this! I look like I got rained on. Kept my heart rate up, stayed breathless. It was hard but I'm proud. When I started with Epic Beginner I could barely do 2-3 burpees. Now I can absolutely launch myself and go go go. Looking forward to day 36 and beyond!

Hey Caroline! Hope you good. Tabata HIIT 🔥✌️ is my favourite and like the fact that there is lot of jumping which will be challenging. I just did the workout , finished with 10 burpees in the 20sec finisher. Then I just slept on the floor , heartbeat was beating super- fast , face was as red as an apple but the cool-down calmed me down . Cool down is a must atleast for these kind of workouts. They make a big difference ❤️🔥.

A few weeks ago this seemed impossible to do. I was like "What? That many burpees and push ups? Are you out of your mind?". But getting to the end of the workout and being able to have done most of it quite well really shows progress! Thank you Caroline for making me feel EPIC! 😀

And I thought this would be easy since I enjoyed day 30 and what is this??? It was so hard I had to take extended break! I love how I can do hover plank with shoulder tap and did many reps as I really struggled in doing hover plank and my knees is slightly bend as Caroline compared to before that I have to high it up and my legs are not aligned to my upper body. I just love how I can now hold any plank variations except for side plank leg lower hang 😂. Planking is my weakness and I am happy how I can do it now without getting scared. Btw, for all of us who haven't achieved that "body goals" don't be ashamed for yourselves your body now is the "best body" for enduring all these challenges eventhough you want to stop and you still keep on going! I hope you won't stop because of that, continue to get much stronger everything will fall in line if you just enjoy it and give your best shot! Happy Sunday! I am dripping in sweat. This one is nearly the same intensity as some of your pre-epic hiits. Difference now is that I feel so much stronger doing it.

Excellent!! Yes it never becomes easier... yes mentally but physically you go faster, do more reps, lower push ups etc!!😆😆✋🏼💓

Didin't think I was a fan of tabata style but this might've been my favorite HIIT yet! Almost skipped it since I missed a day and wanted to get straight into weights but I'm glad I ended up doing it. Thanks Caroline!
