Awesome and inspiring. I've been out of shape for so long... 6+ years. Currently I'm 215 5-7, Lost 15 lbs this summer and got greeted with a break up from the girl... I'm 25 now and my goal is to be 190 by the end of the year. Your work outs and your eating habits are really informational. I like that you are goal oriented in your plannings. Keep up the good work!

Having done both, I'd highly recommend starting with P90X. Insanity you have no resistance training. I did P90X to gain muscle/mass. Then Insanity to get cut and lean.

Dude, You really inspire me to work out more:) Im a 19 years old student, but on my 16th i had a 5 years plan thought out for myself. I planned on my teeth done ( almost done with that) and having a six pack by then. My problem is that i have a last bit a fat around my abs. the abs are coming but very slowly. and my question for u is what is a good way of getting the last bit of fat away. i dont use shakes but raelly want to but dont know which:)

Rico, i recently started to drink protein shakes but i get nauseated from drinking it, could it be just the one product, should i try another brand? My protein shake is" 100% pure undenatured whey protein isolate." Also how well would Protein bars work compared to protein shakes

strengthening the lower back, you don't do lots of weights when you do that or you will hurt it.

Yes, if you commit to P90X, you WILL get results. The main thing it will teach you is its all about nutrition. 80% diet, 20% workout.

couldnt agree more bro. His form on half of movements are fucking terrible (his dumbell and barbell rows are terrible, deadlift being the WORST). Deadlift serious weight, using that form, and you're almost guaranteed an injury. Yo Rico, who's your trainer? Cause he needs to be fired, period. Old-school pullups can gain you massive results, dont forget that. Anyway, anyone with ~4% bodyfat will look toned... dont mean they're big, or strong for that matter. He is scrawny.

Why do u even care if hes on juice? im not sayin that im taking it or promote it, but i think that everyone should be able to do whatever do they want! just stop being so immature and grow up, alot of athletes use it and 50% of the people that use roids are not in the sport industry, thus just play sport for fun!
