Hi, Kit! My sister-in-law and I live in different States. She asked if I wanted to do your 21-day challenge with her so she had a little motivation. I agreed because I needed a buddy for motivation also. 😁 After we finish your workout for the day, we text each other a thumbs up and talk about what we like about the workout.😊 I just wanted to thank you for taking the time and energy to continually post new videos so we have incentive to keep going! We’re loving your workouts and feeling great! I need a lot of help firming my ‘bat wing’ arms lol. So especially loving the arm videos! 😄 Any help in that department is much appreciated! This fusion of Yoga and Pilates was the perfect balance for me today. Nice to get a change from High Pace to Slower Pace and yet with all the intensity of a strength building workout. Thank you.

I love this series. Thank you Kit. You are so kind, warm and generous and I appreciate all your gifts. It was a little jarring to hear you say, imagine a rod through your hips, saw your pinky toe off and imagine wearing a corset and in a past video imagine a fish hook under your ribs. Those words feel so violent and out of step with the mood. I'm feeling all cozy and cared for and then bam these words feel really out of place with your kind, loving caring and giving nature. Just thought I'd mention how out of place that language feels on the receiving end. Just food for thought. much love

Thanks Kit. You were right, very different to the challenge. Not sure if it’s my fav style on its own, but I’d use this with a quick cardio add on perhaps in the future. I did enjoy this though. It’s like a power yoga class or a Pilates fusion with yoga practice. So yes, you still get that subtle movement into to your day, but also the slow burn typical of this style. So I did enjoy the change up. Thank you Kit for continuing to bring the subtle challenging movement and burn into our days and keeping us centred and on a nice achievable routine and healthier mind and body. (Ps, I very much need to get myself some handy Pilates/yoga socks like you have to help with the grip on the toes, particularly as I have carpet 😉) xx

I loved this. It's amazing how even when you're moving slowly - if you give the move all you got then it's still hard and you start to bust a sweat! I really liked how we all got the areas of the body in just half an hour. I feel really grounded now too :)

Nice change! Here I was not in the mood to workout and it's over already! I have a question: I tend to naturally breathe out on the contraction and in on the release. I noticed you advise the opposite, so I have been trying to adjust. Why should we breathe the way you suggest?

What is up with all the ads?! Am I the only one who had like 20 ad breaks within the 30 minute workout? Really annoying, especially during a "relaxing" yoga routine :( Other than that, great session Kit!
