Reading your detailed information above and watching this, I already Love the idea of this new challenge. Has so many potential benefits. Obviously physical health, but mental as well being the daily structure and repetitive nature to get into the same routine for the challenge each day. Thanks Kit, great idea and can’t wait to see the new daily “movement routines” coming over the next 5days. Have yet to revive daily morning or evening stretch, but looking forward to it starting tonight. Xx Thank you Kit for all this new free content over the last few months. It’s been fantastic. P.s- this particular routine - also awesome ✅👍. Love the fusion full body and movement with added cardio. Amazing burn as always.

Really enjoyed this one again today. I have “Kit Sunday” every week and just rotated through. If I was summarising this one , I would say it’s a great movement routine to get your HR up just a little, with more of the challenge burn focused mainly on glutes, abs, shoulders in this routine. Not a lot of legs, but does have a couple of faster paced moves and a touch of cardio at the beginning, but a great routine leaving you feeling amazing and energised. Thanks Kit

Omygosh I thought it would never end, but I did it ALL !!! I was thinking when we placed our hands together that it was going to be ANOTHER round of exercise but the workout stopped ! :) Thank you, Kit ! You are wonderful !!
