Dear All...I think we should just be happy to see what Caroline wants to do next. She has been posting videos every day since April and she did lots of fantastic things before this epic series! I agree but if Caroline don’t do another epic I will never live her Chanel I will continue do her workout because she is the best and she already give us the tip how to train how body with this epic... only one thing I will say to Caroline is a big thanks and I’m grateful to her 😍😍😍

Finally after completing day 40 of Epic, I can complete a regular tricep pushup not on my knees! That one move has been holding me back for so long. I have made sooooo much progress with this program. I'm stronger than I've ever been, and in the most balanced way!

Hi Caroline...just finished...brilliant as always! It’s a really intense upper and lower body workout as well as being great HIIT! The rounds focussing on biceps and triceps are particularly tough! Then I did your 15 min abs at the end...that is a brilliant, tough workout...shirt but intense! The most sensible person in that abs workout is Winston who runs off when the exercises are getting tough and just comes back for the stretch!! Have a lovely Sunday with your family, Caroline! I’m so happy that I actually thoroughly enjoyed a HIIT workout!. Not a burpee in sight 😍... I’m now even looking forward to seeing what the girvanor is going to be wearing!. So jealous of the gorgeous matching outfits!. 👍😍😍💪

I don't know what's wrong with me today but I had to take so many breaks, it was ridiculous. I finished nevertheless so I can still be proud of that. But MAN it was a struggle. Caroline killing it again!!

I'm glad I'm not the only one... first time I've had to literally press the "pause" button mid-workout. I was so winded I was paranoid it was an early COVID symptom - oh jeez!

Oh God this was very tough! Around 70% i was like ' this woman is killing me!!' but i didn't stop and now im so proud of completing the workout and so thankful to Caroline!!❤️❤️

Everything is on fire! Including the Color :) So happy that Caroline is startinG to blow up! Everybody is talking about her and her fantastic workouts! Our mommy is getting more babies 😍 Am still waiting for my weights to be delivered so will do the other HIIT e exercise first. Enjoy everybody!!!!

This was quick but TOUGH! I think I am tired from this week so this was a struggle mentally and physically. Towards the end I gave myself a 20 sec rest and that helped. I was over the squat presses LOL!!! Thank you for pushing us and making us better and stronger!! You are ALL EPIC!!!

I love every workout with Caroline, but I especially loved this one! I could never thank her enough for literally making me feel EPIC! So close, yet Epic II is already calling my name. I just can't get enough of her workouts. Even on my active rest days, I find myself doing her 5-20 minute workouts and strength/stretching videos. Hands down the best and I just found her 3 months ago. I've been doing KZbin home workouts for years and I just can't see myself doing any other workout, but working out with Caroline

Love your videos. I'm in my 50's and usually get up at 5 am and do two of your workouts before work... Usually a HIIT no weights to start and then a intense weight routine. Love this one!!. Your workouts are truly intense and I love doing them before the rest of my day starts. Thank you Caroline!

I keep coming back to this workout as it is soooo good! Caroline has so many too choose from I never get bored. I've been doing EPIC workouts now for about 2 1/2 months and can see my body changing... not an easy feat for a "middle-aged" woman!

I've been wanting to do this workout forever. Loved it!!🤩 Completely exhausted by the end. Dumbbell HIIT is always a favorite of mine!❤ My favorites were the staggered RDL to lunge, lunges with bicep curl hold, RDL to high pull, lat sweep to tricep ext and tricep pushup to side plank! The staple was superb and oh so tiring. Yet another great start to my Sunday! Thanks Caroline!😁

What a rush!! I had planned to just spend the day on the couch watching movies and eating Diwali sweets....but my husband made me do it!!! I realize how much my mindset has shifted since I began your program Caroline! I used to do an hour or so of random workout videos of 10-25 minutes and tried to balance upper, lower, and full body, but I never had the ease of a proper program. Now I see your 36 minute workout and it feels short! I felt worn out today and yet this was an enjoyable challenge.

Me too Grainne! I’m always tempted to pick heavier weights but then have to remind myself that when you out of breath and doing so many reps, the lighter weights are the best option!! 😆👊🏼

I previewed this entire workout and thought “it doesn’t look so bad!”. Seriously even thought maybe “easy”. Yeah, no. I was huffing and puffing the whole time. 😂 Crazy how hard 15sec only of rest makes. I so appreciate the thought and planning that goes into these workouts and also appreciate I don’t need to jump or have high impact for results. I’m still not using weights as heavy as Caroline (used 10lbs today) but I’m hoping by the end of this program I can or at the start of Epic 2! 💪🏻

I loved this workout. Only used 2kg so would definitely do this again with a heavier weight. But this is one of my favourite hiits. I even managed a small tricep lunge with the tow and in to plank. Not one exercise I could not do. Brilliant. Thanks Caroline

Is it just me or hasn't this week been crazy before my legs could recover we nail them again with a full body. Before my arms could recover again we hiit. Epically epic is what am feeling

This week was especially challenging, yes. Upping the difficulty helps build in progressive overload which is how we get those sweet sweet muscles! But yeah it was definitely a lot.

Caroline I was never a fitness freak my whole life but since the lockdown started, I decided to get leaner and later learnt that it's more important to b fitter than getting leaner. I'm loving this journey. Ur Epic program is Epic in all senses. I'm quite naive compared to a lot of your subscribers. Yet I try your workouts because I want to push myself and want improvement. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to do so. U r extremely intense and powerful so I need to modify certain moves especially during your HIIT sessions to suit myself.....a little bit only. One day I dream and aim to b able to perform without any single bit of modification. Thank you from the core of my heart. In this fitness journey of mine, u shall always remain an important catalyst. I guessed the weight of the dumbells with just a quick glance. I pretty much do that in every work out now. lol. That's what happens when you don't miss a day. Also,, this is my favorite type of hiit. Thank you so much Caroline!!!

🧡DAY 40🧡 DONE!!! No jumping and out of breath - intense fun hiit! Into the other half I started to feel my abs contract during squat presses💪YES! And the hiit day music is fantastic - inspires me push even harder 🤩💪💚Thank you Caroline 💎🏆💎

I just like the feeling of getting stronger everyday! Once you got started day 1, it’s difficult not to stick with the training with Caroline when she posted. It’s like having a coach telling you it’s time to move your beautiful ass lol From feeling fatigued by 15-20 mins of the video to gradually 30mins/45mins and now 1hr on every Friday! Thank you Caroline for pushing us to exceed our “limit” and set the bar higher every time and it’s actually possible to become a better me. Looking back at day1 compared to this day, i feel confident, i see myself getting better physique, higher stamina, some slight but happy changes to my body shape, etc! Love Caroline love endorphin! Look forward to watching every video you posted! I just like how simple your video is yet it’s easy to follow and understand. Nothing fancy but real time follow through video - that’s actually what we practically need!

not only sweat on my face today but also tears of joy! I managed to complete this one in just 34 minutes (with 4 kg dumbbells each and keeping up with Caroline's pace) !!! this is really a huge record for me as HIITs usually take me much longer ! ( well, of course this one is no jumping but still I'm so proud))) wrapping up week 8 feeling stronger than ever ! and guys, what a week it has been !!! GREAT JOB ,EVERYONE!!! Today I woke up soooo lazy! I've been stuck at home for almost a week now; my younger kid caught the virus and we were put into quarantine, so I've been cleaning up the house from top to bottom and I was really feeling exausted... But then I decided to workout for a bit, as it was HIIT day for me... And I'm sooo glad I did it! I feel energised again! 🏋‍♀️Thanks again, Caroline, for getting me out of the sofa! 😉 Love your work! 😘💪

I am super happy you linked this workout as an alternative to Epic 2 HIIT. It was great to feel the difference in completing this workout since doing it in Epic 1. Not only did I up my weights to 12 lbs, but I did not need to pause.......I was tempted......really tempted, but pushed through. I am so happy I discovered Caroline. I was intimidated (and still am sometimes) to even start the program, but Caroline made it easy to want to come back for more.

😍😍 Another AMAZING workout of Caroline’s!! I can’t praise this enough - exactly the kind of HIIT that I crave! No jumping dumbbell HIITs are always so intense and this one did not disappoint!!! Dripping in sweat 💦, gasping for air, opening the windows (34*f here!), heart racing and LOVING IT!! Thank God, this felt lighter than the previous HIIT workouts , and I enjoyed it! ☺️ Of course there were moments when I couldn't wait for it to end, but that still doesn't mean it wasn't great! The fact, that it rains, also helped me a lot, I simply love this weather ☺️🌧️💧

Day 40 This HIIT is one of those really deceptive workouts that looks like a nice gentle start to a Sunday morning. Not the case Im afraid using 7.5kg it literally torches your muscles to pieces. Heart rate is up, burn kicks in, and last 15 min are a real push. The time flies but I know I am going to be sore later. Great way to start Sunday 👍. See eveyone tomorrow 😀

Hi Anthony...yes I did it with 6 kg...and some parts were very hard! Deceptively so as you say...there were rounds with triceps and biceps that I thought were tough!
