Have done so many KZbin workouts over the past 4 years and many are pretty good, but Heather is the best. Keeps me challenged and motivated, is always invigorating. This is what keeps me going through the tough English winter months. A big thanks for all the hard work, it really helps

Thank you for not rushing through the cool down! I just found your channel, and I love your style and format. I love the simplicity of your workouts and how you simply show each move, rather than talking incessantly. I get really annoyed with other workouts where the instructor doesn't stop talking. You did it again, Heather! Another fun and effective full body strength workout. Great format, effective exercises, and I loved that we repeated each block 2 times! 👍 I pushed myself on some of the exercises to go heavier. It's always encouraging to see my strength improving! 💪😁

Discovered your channel during covid and never went back to the gym. Turning in a few months and your workouts have helped keep me healthy although I tend to favor the strength workouts more these days. If "health is the new wealth" you're making lots of people very rich. Thanks a lot!!

Getting back to HR workouts and rather strength training after a gap of almost 4 months. Was uncertain whether I could do it at all but I pushed myself to finish this workout and I'm now pumped to get back to strength training full swing. Thanks Heather! This workout was what I was looking for. A perfect combination of controlled movements that make you feel stronger and still break a good amount of sweat.

Love your workouts, Heather! Please make more videos like this with triceps work. I feel like many of the workouts are very shoulder-centric and I have a bad shoulder so these are difficult. Plus, many women have the "bat wing" triceps plaguing them! Thanks!
