Jesus loves you brother. I know the depression, withdrawal, boredom and apathy and disdain towards life. That lavk of emotion and feeling, but Jesus is always with us. Keep pushing. Jesus changes us and can remove addiction.

Brother I'm hearing everything you say. Quit almost 2 years ago after a 60 gpd 5 year habit. It was awful. Used gabapentin for a bit too long as a crutch and had wds from that. Tried booze, which worked for a bit but eventually gave me screaming anxiety in the mornings. Point is hang the fuck in there. Youre doing it right, embrace the suck and youll be on be on the other side before you know it. I love you and I'm rooting for you.

In a month you'll be fine. Abused it for a year and the withdrawal is nothing compared to coming off benzos or opioids

Thank you for sharing. 5 years daily use. 3 to 5 doses daily. About to start weaning. Anxious about the skin crawls and restless legs and arms. Only tried quitting once and didn't do well. Good luck to you in all you do.

Something i came across that helps rebuild the brain after quitting kratom is DLPA and agmatine sulfate. Also high dose vitamin c and berry smoothies. Tabatta Sprinting is extremely excellent for feeling great and also short spurts on the bike in the heaviest gears. For about 30 seconds pushing as hard as you absolutely can. Its soo good to just feel great naturally.

Most underated comment/knowledge. I am an ex-Iv Fent. user - sober for 3.5 years and DLPA was such a HUGE (and still continues to be) ASSISTANCE in recovery as it inhibits certain proteins that will allow you to "reclaim" or produce .. probably better to understand it as a vitamin?* supplement?* that helps produce endorphins and dopamine. It's not a drug, and it doesn't innebriate you whatsoever. What it does do is assist someone who is not producing enough endorphins do so - where as otherwise the brain/body has a very difficult time re-adjusting and balancing out. DLPA ftw.

@TK-sz6nj Ай бұрын
That's awesome advice 👍 coincidentally I'm utilizing all of those except for DLPA, never heard of that before. Thanks

@@TK-sz6nj nice! Yeah there are two kinds D- phenylalanine and L-phenylalanine. Both pretty much do the same thing but are the precursors for L-Tyrosine and the precursor for dopamine. All which are essential for rebuilding the brain after drug use. I actually just got my first order today from Amazon. As I am going to quit the kratom again. And I'll never go back to that ever again. I was able to quit years ago but for whatever dumb reason I decided I would tell myself I would microdose. But it doesn't work. Once an addict always an addict. Never ever going back again this time. But I'm confident I'll get through it again because I don't use nearly as much as I did before. And this time I know what it takes now to get through it and what to expect. Except this time now I also have the supplements to help rebuild the brain faster. I'm actually looking forward to it. Just finished my bike ride too. It's time to absolutely master my mind and get to my ultimate financial goals and fitness goals and absolutely obliterate all doubt, fear and depression. We all got this, just have a plan and take action and stay consistent and build motivation and have goals and reward your self with more challenges and more goals. No excuses. Time to get phreakn shredded. Alright end of my rant lol

Hey man, congrats on day 7. Or, I guess it's more like day 14 by now. Yeah look, no matter how you do it, you're going to have to feel SOME level of discomfort. If you're not in a rush and are actually able to stay honest on a taper - do it. Cold turkey is possible, but the reality is, people who do it thinking, "Oh, it'll just be a few really bad days and then I'll be fine" are VERY naive. The taper doesn't just make the physical symptoms less intense (although more drawn out) but it gives you time to adjust to not just taking kratom at what ever dose and time you want. It helps you slowly relearn living without the stuff.

Kratom is lovely. 🥰 Coffee is much harder on your body than kratom could ever be. But big pharma isn't trying to make coffee illegal haha.
@TK-sz6nj
@TK-sz6nj Ай бұрын
I'm not going to get into what big pharma wants at this point but personally 1 or 2 coffee a day is better for me than 10+ kratom a day . Over 15 years my coffee consumption stays the same, whereas over 2 weeks my kratom consumption doubles, triples, quadruples etc.

Man how much kratom are you guys doing?? It's simple, don't abuse it. Don't increase. Don't take huge doses. 2-4g and stop. Been taking it years and I just don't get the need to start overdosing on it. Maybe it's a personality thing idk but I've never felt omg I gotta take 10g... The buzz doesn't get any better and side effects get worse, stick to the sweet spot and take breaks with a little self control and you'll be fine.
@TK-sz6nj
@TK-sz6nj Ай бұрын
Definitely that's the way to go. But everyone is different. Millions of people abuse / become addicted to alcohol whereas others like myself couldn't if I tried. I believe it's just brain chemistry

Keep eating healthy! During or before, drug users who eat healthier live longer than drug users on the streets with no healthy food. Genesis 1:12 states, "The land produced vegetation: plants bearing seed according to their kinds and trees bearing fruit with seed in it according to their kinds. And God saw that it was good". ✝️

I hope you see this comment, hopefully you stay off of kratom, because a family friend recently passed away from drinking it daily, his medical records came back with a toxic dose of kratom in his blood/body. It took 2 years for that to happen, only 2 years.

@@squibbelsmcjohnsonI've been using for almost 7 years now due to having constant physical pain, worst that's ever happened to me is prolonged elevated heart rate from an extract once, or taking too much at once causing me to puke it up. I only take as much as I need to mitigate the pain especially so that I can fall asleep and not just be laying in bed in pain unable to sleep. I need to get to a physical therapist and chiropractor and see if I can get whatever is wrong with me fixed which seems to be a rotator cuff impingement of my right arm/shoulder. I can get it to not be so bad if I stretch everything out properly but with an impingement at a certain point you can't stretch it out, you need to go limp so that somebody else, the chiropractor, can move your bones back into place. Unfortunately we have to fight currently because towns are starting to pass bans on kratom lumping it in with synthetic drugs due to being sold at smoke shops.
