New to your Channel, good video. Just have a couple of questions. What was your weight before you started and are you on any type of diet ? One more, are your exercises mostly body weight ?

@@jimmyparsons6486 Hey there Jimmy, thanks for the comment. I started at right about 155 and 20% body fat now at 141 and 11% body fat after 8 weeks. The only thing I’m doing as far as diet is staying within a 400-500 daily calorie deficit and adjusting it as my metabolism changes with lost weight…2nd I’m hitting about 1 gram of protein per lb of body weight per day. Most of my exercise are body weight exercises, but I do use a weight vest from time to time and some free weights just to overload certain muscle groups. I’d say the core of what I do are body weight/calisthenic type exercises.
