I'm fasting as well and did it. However, I had to modify all jumping since I couldn't afford a headache. I still have 6 hours to go 😅

Actually said, “Hallelujah” when “Cool Down” showed on my iPad screen. That was intense. Got it done. Modifications to protect my shoulder but I kept moving. Wow! Thank you! ❤

i almost gave up at Tabata 6 fast feet, the rest wasn't easy though, especially star jumps. but I succeeded in finishing all 8 of them. I challenged myself not to do modification workouts and am happy I didn't.

That was a fantastic tabata! Lots of variety and challenging. My heart rate was pumping!! Felt great though. Thanks Heather!! I did it all but modified the star jumps - and I'm 65 and feeling younger than ever, thanks to your programs!

Skipped a day ahead due to enduring strain in one of my subscapularis (should’d’ve heeded my body’s sign last week and dropped the weight🤦🏻‍♀️) Thankfully I’ve learned so many options from the past 10 weeks to substitue some of the shoulder-demanding moves! Talking about good teaching❤

I can't believe, that I'm already at the stage where I do tabata workout and even enjoy it 😅 I made a few modifications though not to hurt my knee, but still I'm really really proud of myself! Thank you, Heather! You're my most favourite trainer! ❤

Wow, loved it. I was scared to start and yes a day behind as we spent the day yesterday moving a tonne of bark. Nearly was gonna skip this one today but thought “nope girl you are doing this” and yes got it done ✅ Was not as graceful as our Heather but it got done. Yay team ❤❤. Go get em

What a sweat sesh indeed, I'm drenched! Heart rate was high and those star jumps were a killer 😅🥵 it's always nice to try some different formats and I do love a tabata workout from time to time! Saved to my favorites! (burned 300 cals on my fitbit)
