Today's NO REPEATS workout is an intense fat burning HIIT style circuit. We are alternating strength and cardio focused exercises and combining a series of movements to create one seriously sweaty workout from home! Adding dumbbells for resistance will help build strong, lean muscle while body-weighted, explosive type movements will help improve power, burn fat and create tone and definition. Let's do this team!

Been doing her workouts 4 days a week since May and I am so thankful I found her channel. I get frustrated hearing people talk during workout videos but hers are perfect! It’s so straight to the point. I’m down 20 pounds. My new goal is another 20 pounds, so here I go again! Wish me luck

This is really leg-focused. Not a negative or positive just an observation for people choosing which workout to do! My watch says I burned 317 calories. Love the no repeats. Thanks Heather.

mines was 190 and i even jogged during rests :( -!still love the workout!- tho i just dont know why my apple watch always says i burn so much fewer than everyone else

According to my Fitbit, despite all the sweat and without modifying any exercise, I just burned 270 calories :( If helpful, I weigh 54 kg (around 120 lbs)

Love the warm up but really LOVE the cool down. It's a prize for me, I adore the relaxing moment of stretching with you! You should include more full stretching videos in your workout calendar! Love you honey 🤗💚🌼

Hey Heather, can you please start again with this kind of videos? Like killer / intense HIIT with no repeats and no equipment. I just adore the way you balance all the exercises during your workouts and how you swich from legs to abs to cardio without over stressing a specific body part we are working on. Truly genial. I always find myself searching for "heather robertson no repeats strength + hiit" when i look for a workout in the morning. I like that: 1) it combines hiit with strength workouts for the ultimate fat burn and strength training. i used to be so intimidated with equipment, but now i love it! 2) it is short enough that it is doable for people who find it difficult to complete killer workouts, but long enough that it gives you enough sweat sesh for the day. and on good days, you still have energy at the end if you wanna do other low-impact, focused workouts. 3) it provides a warm up and cool down that people like me sometimes overlook hahaha! 4) the workout and rest intervals are perfect. 5) it provides a sound cue for when to start and end an exercise. 6) it gives a preview during the rest period so i won't have to fumble my way through the first few seconds of the exercise. thank you for doing what you do Heather! you're such an inspiration to many! ❤️❤️❤️

Thank you, Heather!! Just finished it and dripping sweat. My favourite kind of HIIT: weighted strength intercalated with cardio =) it's the one i find more effective, specially when i don't have much time to exercise.

I really enjoy Heather Robertson's workouts. I modify the routines with low impact moves. I have bad knees. I can burn anywhere from 150 - 200 calories. This all depends on where my body is during the week. Anyway, I like the variety and health benefits. Thank you!

Great total body. She adds some plyo moves in between. Love me The NO REPEATS. This was great after doing a double strength workout on Monday and a hard cardio yesterday. I’m still sore but, I did it. HR 162 Calories 255. BPM 166 BMP Average 132. Great workout in just 30 minutes. Thanks Heather Wed workout done ✅

I used 15lbs and I was scared I couldn’t keep up. But I am glad I did. Shaky but still okay. Need a body transformation so I challenged myself and this is the types of workouts I need to lose my last 15 lbs. glow up here I come.

I love this one!! I’ve been with you since January 2020, you helped me get through a broken foot with your 12 week workout program, although I did modify some things.. I’ve been following your no-repeat workouts consistently, especially through quarantine- I do your workouts after my online boxing class, or after my socially distanced boxing class, or after running. Thank you so much for these videos- finally, after 12-16 weeks, I’m noticing a difference in the way my body is looking, and I’m so happy!! I just turned 45, and I’m only getting stronger.
