Hey my friends -
Today it's been tricky to feel anything but blah.
But that's ok, because I'm keeping my mind very aware of the fact that this is normal.
And it's ok to not feel ok... It's ok to have an off day. I'm being extra mindful today, because it's just one of those down days that I knew was gonna be part of this process. It helps to have been reminded by you guys that this is normal, so thanks for all those reminders...
And thanks for being visual reminders of better tomorrow's....
The support and motivation is heartwarming.
Peace and love,
Jay

The first months are tough but as you go forward you get stronger . Don't let this youtube channel stress you out either . Don't feel you have to be a certain way in order to have content . Use this as a journal good or bad . We are the hardest on ourselves .

You just described it perfectly. I call it a good wolf and a bad wolf. Whichever one we feed, Grows. And we really do need to parent our brains, because we’ve put ourselves through Hell. You look so clear eyed.♥️ I’m so Thankful that you turned it around.

Thanks so much, Kerry. Some days are easier than others, trying to keep my thoughts clear and on track. It's a day by day learning exercise. But, I'm working it all to the best of my ability. :)

Once my withdrawals peaked, I took mushrooms. Then the following 2 days I took a boat load of acid. When you take enough to forget you have a body, you don’t feel the withdrawal anymore. And then your mind is put through the wringer. I came out of my last detox with a new perspective and understanding as to why I used and why I kept using. Hope this helps someone else.

Your so right with how we are looking for the instant results. I think looking at it like that knowing how your brain try's to get it chemicals. I received my sulbutiamine in the mail and wow I forgot how good it works. I would never go without this synthesized b-1 vitamin. Sounds like you are determined. I'm sure you will get it done. Keep fighting bro.

I understand what you’re saying. It’s like those cartoons with the devil & angel on your shoulder telling you what to do. Good vs. evil...lol 😇 😈 You are doing great; keep up the good work.

so sorry for the bad day :/ but they're kinda important, too. your body might just need some rest, so maybe drink some chamomile tea or meditate a bit and take a nap. it'll be good for ya. and tomorrow's a new day ^^

Day 7 for myself and this helped me tremendously. My mind is really going haywire today and I feel void of emotion. The last few days I would cry at almost anything and now I feel like I couldn’t cry at all.

Hey friend - How are things going for you now? In early recovery, I had almost NO regulation over my emotions. I'd go from numb to sobbing to screaming. It's a bodily battle. It's a mental battle. And it almost feels like a battle to reclaim your soul. I guess, in many ways, it is. Feel free to reach out anytime. My email is Zennorjd82 @ gmail . com 💪💛☺

What day is this? I’d think you should start feeling better soon. Are you getting out of your house much? Any exercise or health food?

I'm over two weeks in, minus the slip I had on Thanksgiving. Physically, I'm feeling 90% better... Just some restless legs and trouble sleeping. So that's great!! :) It's the PAWS I'm now beginning to feel... It started around the 10 day mark for me this time... (The last time I tried quitting, they started at day 14, and I was using pills again by the following day.) So, I came into it this time, knowing what to expect, and knowing my mental health diagnoses play a factor. My brain just isn't producing that dopamine yet, those endorphins are out of wack, so my energy level sucks. My adrenals are going haywire, so I'm still pouring sweat most days. And then the andeonia is tough, cuz the brain chemicals gotta balance out. But, like I said, I'm prepared this time around. I need to start getting more exercise and start eating right tho, cuz I know that can really lessen the symptoms. So I'm going to work exercise, supplements and healthy eating into my routine. Thank you for your comment, friend. 💪😊✌
