Running is my primary form of cardio and your killer/super sweaty HIIT workouts are the only ones I've found that can get me into the same heart rate range as running (as long as I'm pushing myself to keep going even when there's two minutes of burpees lol). Thanks a million!

When I saw it I was like "Okay... we'll do it,not that hard" but the time I reached 90% it was over for me 😂 I somehow managed to do the whole workout without rest and do the burpees, I'm all sweaty mess 🥵 But again I'll say it-no matter how hard are the workouts,I enjoy them on max.❤

I'm not usually a fan of HIIT or intensity cardio on Mondays. I can't believe I've already done HIIT on two Mondays. and the beat is such a matching the movement, even it hard but i still had fun. love it! Thanks Anna ❤

This was definitely the toughest one yet but I’m so proud that I finished it although I suddenly started crying in between and questioning why I am working out. I don’t know that never happened before but I might just not be that mentally strong today. (I’ve been having a lot of stress in the last few months so that could be one reason) but anyway the feeling afterwards is definitely worth it. ❤❤❤ Day 8 ✅

WOW! Those 2 minutes challenges were killer even if I went at my pace. Definitely got me out of breath and my heart racing. I was drenched in sweat. Those 20 seconds workouts in between really helped. Thanks for another awesome workout!❤❤

Day 8 is done!!! A couple of workouts ago I has commented that that one was the sweatiest... well, I take my words back!! THIS WORKOUT has been the sweatiest so far! I didn't expect to see burpees as challenges and honestly I swapped them with running or plank because I couldn't do them...

To make up for missing Day 8 yesterday, I started today with a half-hour of light-weight Pilates, followed immediately by this workout. I felt great for about 99% of the session, thinking, "Hmm, no problem!" But right at the end, it hit me with a 180-degree burpee jump! 🥲 Anyway, finished! Anna, I’ve been following your workouts for years. I am a skinny-looking girl, but I’m also incredibly strong. Every time I join a group workout, I’m always one of the strongest girls there, and I feel so proud of myself! 💪

I primarily thought it would be harder than the workout which was a week ago, but somehow I made it through! In previous workout I had to modify few exercises, but this time I only slowed down on the second challenge! Thank you for this monthly challenge!

I would say I have reached the advance level in your hiit workouts, doing them almost every day; love to sweat and fight til the end with you! But THIS is only recommend for those brave ones who got use to your crazy speed and intensity. A really challenging but so effective workout! 😜😘

I didn't have any energy like nil nada zero and it'felt so hard in the middle but I completed it and I'm so proud of myself for pushing through and it feels nice.

Last week I skip one day that was D6 ,and that totally fine for me , sooo this week I'm gonna push my self to do all of them , to reach on of my goals Guys remember it's fine if you skip one or two day ,and it's fine if you skip alot of the exercise or do low impact , the important thing is to push yourself as you can ,keep doing try to do better in next step, and be proud❤ D8 doonnnee Super sweaty but Super proud of you abeer love you🌊☁️
