This was fun! Today I had not that much motivation (so none) because it's usually my rest day. Whew - Day 3 was almost not doable for me with horrid chest cold and cough with so many plank and push-up reps. So I modified a bit but got through it. It’s difficult to do workouts with a horrid chest cold. But I’m going to persevere as I’ve persevered through a lot in my life. This one looks very doable mainly on back doing abs which I can handle. That should help. ❤❤❤

Great workout! I added some warmup (8 x 50/10 rope jumps) to start and ended with 8 rounds (50 seconds on, 10 seconds rest) alternating burpees and rope jumps for the extra burn ❤️🔥 Looking forward to tomorrow!

Gonna do fitness log since i'm planning to complete the challenge. I'm aware I'm not following the 80/20 rule in eating because I still live with my parents (still a student). However, I tried to be mindful with my portions and ate less than how I ate before. Weight: 74kg Height: 154 cm Day 1: ✅ Food I ate: Brunch: 1 and a half cup of white rice, 1/2 cup ground pork, 1 boiled egg, apple and grapes smoothie Snack: Sandwich with 1 slice of cheese and chicken spread Dinner: Noodles with 1 cup rice and half a mug of soda Water: 2.3L Day 2: ✅ I cried at the end cause im so proud of myself that i pushed through and completed the workout. As you can guess, my legs were very sore from yesterday's workout. My dog saw me crying and comforted me by licking my tears and giving me a kiss. Brunch: 1 cup rice, 1 boiled egg, half cup of stir-fryed pork, coffee Dinner: rice and pork tonkatsu with mushroom gravy (it was hard for me to track my portion so i decided to drink lots of water before eating) Water: 2.5L Day 3: ✅️ Ive been struggling with the pushups since i had a wrist injury but i completed the workout. I've decided to just chug a lot of water til I feel full before eating. Measuring takes so much time for me. BRUNCH: Rice, adobo SNACK: 1pc Wafer DINNER: Rice, scrambled egg, tuna Water: 2L Day 4: ✅️ I forgot what i ate for brunch 2 days ago since i forgot to update my fitness log. DINNER: 2 pcs Beef shawarma Water: 1.8L (i'll do my best the next days)
