This is going to be like that once every so many YEARS it took to see a GREAT movie that you don't want it to end.... Strick is just too freaking cool, Fran The Beautiful is a mad fisherwoman.... what an awesome couple! I hope they somehow continue to be here on KZbin.... The thought of going cold turkey on B2B has me scared!!!

I'm simply going to add to the consensus that this has been one of the best diary style documentaries I have seen in years! Every installment has been gorgeous in visuals, editing and most importantly telling the story of this amazing adventure while informing us of facts along the way. Given the remoteness and adversities the production remains firmly on point never dipping or losing focus. Then there is Fran, who seems to be a mythical combination of a companion in this adventure, mixed with her being the Apex Predator during any dive, part Chef, and all Goddess!! She ceased to be the token "Girlfriend" along for the ride within the first few seconds on camera and I must apologize Strick, I kinda show up for these episodes to see what Frannie gets up to!! Not because of her form or looks (okay, maybe a little) but because of her prowess in any spearfishing session, or angling in general, the Lady knows what she is doing!! I know at some point this series will end, and when it does it will be bittersweet in that you have accomplished this almost unbelievable adventure, and that this incredible adventure is over. I really hope that you and Fran get together after some down time and plan a new adventure maybe the Mediterranean this time!? Just a thought, cheers from Canada!!

Best episode yet. Body language is a big deal with critters. You nailed it when you said Fran has a way about her that allows her to get close. When deer hunting, I see more deer when my mind wanders and I stop visually seeking deer. I relax and enjoy the mo ment.I’m no expert but she appears in her element spearfishing. Very relaxed. It would be interesting to find out what she’s thinking as she approaches the fish. Non aggressively aggressive I guess????

Im really hoping they are either planning another adventure, or are already on one and we are seeing videos that were made before they left. This series has quickly become my favorite one on KZbin, and they really could quit their real jobs and do KZbin adventure vids full-time based on how many views they get. Id kick them a few bucks per video on patreon if they had a channel.

All the episodes are great, but this one & the last one kicked it up a notch with the amazing wildlife & close encounters. Those sharks are so brazen. Thankfully it's only reef sharks & no big tigers. Both you & Fran are very accomplished at living pretty lightly.

little tip for crispy skinned coral trout (from a couple eps back) - cut the skin full across the width in a few places so it doesn't curl back on itself as much!

Loving the videos. The knowledge you have to know that this tiny litte sand bar you can camp on and high tide isnt going to flood over you. I would see that and think nut high tide will go over that for sure. Your fish knowledge also amazing. To know the different sorts of fish and shellfish. All seaweed is edible, you guys should look at some species for some greens. They all contain essential phytonutrients. Just don't eat algae blooms lol. I would be really interested to see what seaweed we have in abundance under the shore water. Fish looks tasty though :-) Strick is gonna have himself some Fran for desert! Stay safe guys, love the content! I don't suspect that little island would be very good to stay at in a storm..hope you have a plan to bug out if you need!
