Day 9: 30 Days of Christian Yoga
For today's practice, we’ll work on our upper bodies, building strength into the wrists, shoulders and upper back. Let today’s flow serve as an embodiment of prayer, where we can be present with the God who is present with us.
As we drop deeper into the felt sensation of prayer, may we let go of performance and allow the loving gaze of God to illuminate the things we are meant to lay at the feet of Jesus.
