Neha, I really think you are guiding me to fully achieving my split in 30 days!!! I’ve seen so much improvement already! I’m truly having so much fun with this series. I also always start my day with one session of your 10-day yoga series (I just keep repeating this one, it’s so good for a warm up!). As always thank you so much for your hard work!!!
