I am a professional dancer and this felt like a full body warm up with tons on strengthening. by far my most favorite video!

I love this practice! I have been adding it to the end of all my regular practice choices because I am really noticing tightening and strength in my rear, low back, and upper legs. Thank you! I look forward to more!!!

Hi loved this thank you. I woke up with a horrendous headache and debated about doing the session however I did it and my headache was gone by the end of the video !! so thank you again for that and for Yoganuary! x

Amazing practice, definitely tough on the glutes. I'm kind of picky with what instructors I follow for my practice and just recently came across one of your videos and decided to try some. I just subscribed to your channel a couple of days ago. I've loved the practices so far. Thank you.

Really loving the videos so far (bit behind but plan to catch up at the weekend 🙈) - just wondering if you've thought of maybe putting music in the background of each flow? I always love a bit of calming music in other videos I use 😊 (though Id imagine its a nightmare to edit) cant wait for the rest!
