In my twenties I used to run for 30 min on the treadmill very often, at 33…there is no way I would do that 😅 I just walk now, and I want to go back to try ballet once a week. I’ve seen that Ballet Academy East has good prices. Could you link or tell us what brand is your milk frother? Thanks!

Hey Lucia! I’m wondering if you’ve ever considered a root cause approach to acne - like if it’s something you’re eating/your gut/etc. just curious since you’ve been on accutane a couple times and Spiro etc! I got bad side efffects from Spiro too so I get it. Also don’t drink spearmint tea with Spiro- it does similar things so can amplify side effects. Thx for sharing your journey!!

Thoughts: can you add a little time stamp thing to the morning? I can’t figure out how you wake up, cook a whole breakfast like a diner, Then make coffee, Then clean up, Then get dressed, Then check email….is time standing still or do you go to work mid-day? Also…that sweater fits you like a bodysuit rather than a sweater imo. It’s really pretty!
