Perfect rotation for my question if I may? What do you think may have gone wrong in this case? Patient is in for EGD and then colonoscopy, egd was completed and patient was being repositioned for colonoscopy when coughing started. Patient still under sedation still, sats dropping, procedure paused, patient stabilizing with oxygen at high flow 14L. Aspiration? If so what may have been the causes? Anyone is welcome to chime in.
