I’ve done freight stocking at a grocery store and I kept up well so hopefully I get this job. 🙏🏻 you should fuel your body more 🥺 lol it’s such a physically demanding job being up down and all around!

When they tell you where to be to stock and what to stock do they tell everything you need to do then? Or at every break do they tell you to do something else? Cause I will not remember shi I might have to write down my schedule lol. Also how do you know which pallets are yours to do and do other bring more down while your taking your breaks?

yeahhh I’m thinking about going to OGP as wel just because overnight be having me so drained especially working back to back it sometimes gets overwhelming you be so tired . I would recommend it because you will then be able to sleep during the night

@@argovill it all depends on which store you at but mostly they will show you what to do but you gotta catch on quick. But don’t stress yourself you’ll be ok.

Depending on your area you might have to lift heavy things , like water … if your working in like the home and bed section certain things over there might be heavy but overall if something is too heavy for you ask for help something I always did !

Is there a minimum lifting requirements? Like i also want to work as an overnight stocker but there is no way I can lift 50lbs im a smol woman

Ummm 9/10 , their not going to put women in like heavy departments . You can also let them know that you can’t do certain things . When I was there , they had women such as yourself as well like in the cosmetics , pharmacy , hair area ! It was really good for them

Where do you put your cardboard? We use the buggies but we technically aren’t supposed too…but if we didn’t I don’t know wtf we would do cause it be a lot

I work walmart overnight aswell, we put the boxes in a cart then put it in the compactor to be crushed down. I have no clue if other Walmarts do the same
