If Andrew ever really took this seriously he’d be incredible and very hard to beat. Just always seems to be only half way in. I.e. its always “Short off season”, “short 4 week prep”.. imagine if he ever really did a FULL OFF SEASON AND FULL PREP.. one can only hope

Hey Jacked you ever tried those 12,LB or 20 LB weight vests to walk with, i got a 12 pounder from Walmart and do one mile without to warm up then one mile with it and it burns calories and fat, might help definition on your body, try it with a treadmill.
