@@strongestnattyever-videos2247 I've come across these type of comments multiple times in the past, even when i was not an athlete myself. Well after countless training sessions, many hours of personal research, proper nutrition planning, networking with other athletes and coaches it turns out it is possible to look and perform like these lads. Oh, and i forgot to add something else in the equation above.. You should absolutely love and be passionate with whatever it is your are giving time and energy towards. Peace.

@@strongestnattyever-videos2247 Honestly there needs to come a day where people like him and these other guys are just honest. Stop with the preworkout powder, post workout powder, training nonsense. NONE of this is possible without steroids, stop being deceptive and telling half-truths.

You guys don't realize how big of an impact you all are making. My starting weight was 374 and I am down to 330. I still have a long way to go, but I learn so much and gain so much motivation from not only this channel, but also Nick Bare's channel. Hopefully someday, when I reach my goal weight of 200. I can really show you guys the impact you are making. Thank you for everything.

Honestly mad respect. Some people will say things like “must be nice having all that time to workout” but 99% of them wouldn’t even do one of those workouts if they had an hour to spare. Doing 3 in one day is crazy. The physical and mental toll is hard to even comprehend. Props to bro for grinding.

I have gotten a late start on training, I am 56. I have always just put enough effort into training to look and feel okay, never optimal. I started hybrid training 7 months ago, a full dedication to weight training, running and good nutrition. I have actually gained 4 pounds of muscle and have leaned out. I am 6'2'" and now 179. BPN athletes and Nick are so motivating and feel with all the misinformation out there they speak to what I need to hear. I manage my work-out schedule working out 5-6 days a week having a full-time job and 3 kids. Anything is possible if you really want it. My running started at 1-2-mile walk/runs and now i am up to 8-mile runs. I have hit PR's in the gym, pushing more weight than in my 20's. Go one more...

Same here man! My job starts at 6:30am and requires me to drive an hour to work first and is a 10 hour day. I’ve tried getting two workouts in a day but usually have no life with the family so I’ve decided to do just one part of the workout until Friday and do everything proper until Sunday. I also work in 100 degree weather all day so that also makes it very difficult to do anything

I would suggest identifying your primary fitness goal first. Ie: is it gaining more strength or improving your running capabilities As it’s going to be incredibly difficult to do both at the same time nearly impossible Your split looks achievable however lifting weights 5 days a week & running 10 miles a week is a lot to maintain especially if you don’t take any rest days at all for a new hybrid athlete I would suggest 3 - 3 mile ez runs & 3 resistance training sessions 1 day active recovery to start Then you can add in more lifts or runs to reflect your goals

@ARAMZ10 I worked 65 hours last week. Ran 13.5 miles, at 9k elevation, etc. And worked out 4 days. I don't think by any means that he is trying to do to much.. its just potentially to much at first. But even then.. I'm only 8 months into my fitness journey. But 3 years into my diet journey. I eat the right fuel and alot of it.
