Dear Enim, Hi! Thank you for these kind of videos. It's been about a half of year that I moved to Japan and just found You. I feel that I need this kind of realistic videos of yours to courage myself to do my best and move on and don't give up. Your videos and your character are so realistic and heartwarming. Hope you all the best.

I love seeing realistic videos like this one. It helps to see that even creators with the most interesting lives still put in the daily grind like anyone else. Thanks for sharing!

I am very curious to learn about emigrating to another country and steps you took with Japanese immigration to have status for work authorization and access to services (health insurance, property insurance, etc.). Was getting legal status difficult or are you limited living there for a certain number of years?

You need an external drive with ssd, upload from the slow SD card to that. It will be a whole lot faster for the editing software, which is slowed doing everything via your main drive.

Great job Enim :) Lot's of love from Canada. Do the power shortages happen frequently in Japan?

Hi, Nice video. I recently just moved to Japan, still trying to get around. Do you mind please sharing where you relock your hair or do you relock them yourself. I'm also on dreads and I've been wondering where I could relock mine. Thanks

I am very interested in relocating to Japan, I would like to live where it's safe and walkable to places and near public transportation as I am from New York. I don't speak Japanese other than a few words but I am in the process of learning. How do I go about finding a trustworthy realtor, I will rent, and maybe finding part-time work.

When I lived there it wasn't good at all! I worked as a Japanese contractor for an administrative position I made 800 yen and hour pretty much 8 an hour when I switch to the same positions but contracted by the American side I maked 12 USD an hour.

@Enim's Life in Japan: Hi Enim, like your Vlogs. Have you conversed with "Ranzo" (Black Experience in Japan?). He has been Vlogging for quite awhile now. He interviews other people of color who have moved to Japan. He & his wife live there. Not sure, the name of City. I think they have a child now who was born in Japan. Anyway, wish you the best while living there. Are there any Christian Churchs to attend there? Ciao'

It might be easier to edit videos if you used a mouse instead of a touchpad. 🙂 And 4K videos are typically very large files.
