@@user-ye7el2hh5g They provide you with gear! Although visors and arm sleeves sound like random swag pieces - in which case they sometimes don't let you wear those because they want everyone to be uniform...(unless maybe you are a star player or have a need for it)

Yeah tough luck usually - you gotta figure it out. Sometimes if it's absolutely a necessity they can ever so slightly bend times for you, but you gotta be there for practice and you gotta get your school in too.

How did getting gear work after winning a game like the big 10 championship when they gave out shirts was it like starters get then done the depth chart to walk ons or would someone walk around with shirts and hats to give to the players

lmao no! not how it works, everyone gets gear...even regular staff members most of the time. These are things you definitely don't need to worry about though

Nope! We weren't on the team all 4 years, would have certainly taken the whole time I Imagine - that's what it seemed like with the ones that did
