A huge part of has to do with what JM said above me but Aljo recently became champion so what do you really expect? Another huge aspect is his activity. Aljo hasn't fought twice in one year since 2019. If Aljo continues to have great performances as the champion then the tables will turn just like they did for Usman. If Aljo has a huge 2023, we will not be having this conversation in 2024 and if we are then it your comment will make a bit more sense and we can start to blame the UFC.

Its a slippery slope for me, because I'm already really lean. Once I get down to my weigh in weight, I only stay at 135 for about 45-60minutes. Then I bounce right back up. Naturally my body would like to walk around 160-165 lbs. Basically, your walk around weight, without doing extreme weight cutting and dieting, might only be a few pounds less than you would think. That number, and sweet spot depends on how you want to live your life. Super tight and restricted, or having some wiggle room.

Well I did 2 workouts after sitting on the couch since my fight haha. I might've trained 4x since April 9th. So to jump into a hard day like that you're body is going to feel that for sure. I'm already over my soreness today. This workout was Friday, and Saturday (yesterday) I sparred and that was my day. So the work load was short and intense but gives me a lot more room to recover. I might have to do a video on this as well to better explain it.

Good nights rest, caffeine, healthy eating habits, consistent workout routine, progressive overload will guarantee results I only recommend gear for those that are going for the artificial look, not in a competitive sport (other than powerlifting of course),adults that never have any willpower to complete a full workout to save their fucking life, and the morbidly obese in danger of a health scare if they don't lose weight soon.
