Legs ( 4-6 exercises, 3 sets each exercise) 4. Back and shoulder ( 4-6 exercises, 3 sets each exercise) 5. Functional training which focuses on abs (4-6 excercise, 3 each sets ) 6. Triceps & biceps Apart from it 8000-10000 steps each day

Dudeeeee...u reminded me my days too...I was 120 back then nd guess whats was my biggest flex...I used to eat 2 plate Chola Bhature and 5 burgers for a meal....Now I m under 90 nd still going....Tht time it was soooo much fun 😂😂😂

hey Mohit awesome journey man !!! just a few questions from my side 1.Did you train fasted in your transformation journey? 2.If yes , then at what time did you have your first meal ? like immediately after training or did you you prolong your fast even after training?

1. Not always but yes, fasted workout more often than not 2. Eat within an hour of training. Basically shower, cook and feast 🙌

@@sanketbhokre4711 I am in same dilemma. I looked up some subreddits & they recommend early morning workout followed by an intermittent fasting window of 12-8pm. Basically at 12pm you break your fast. But this is for intermittent fasting. Not sure what OMAD would look like. I’m curious to know as well.

bangalore looks really nice and clean, however the food has too much fat! I am not sure what I would buy there but in the UK we love karak/masala chaii and bun omelette which is just a spicy egg inside a bun. Indian food is very popular in the UK.

The thing about hunger is you have to train your body to curb it, I used to be hungry all the time but then I would try fasting and it took me a long time to able to fast for hours and not feel hungry. I can go an entire day now without feeling that hungry.

Yaar I m fat and actually the thing is that whenever I eat I feel guilty like I'd be eatin a roti and thinking oh no I'd gain wt... And becuz of that I eat more and then I think even if I workout I'll not be able to burn that much calories so I don't even workout n the cycle repeats,what to do????
