Man, this reverses a bit of a stereotype for me. The productive-people-are-early-birds one. I’ve always had more energy at night but have been forcing the early morning thing for awhile.. maybe I’ll change that.

My passion was science but I didn’t have someone telling me not everything is worked out. I think I’m all creative thinking which isn’t good because I don’t have the forces to prove my theory’s

Hmmm if he’s going to sleep at 4am and has his first meeting by 11 then I guess he needs less sleep than a lot of people 🤔

If he goes to sleep between 4am and 5am and wakes up at lets say 9am and can be productive I am really surprised.

Night Owl Myth: Having studied cutting edge evidence-based sleep hygiene, modern society, psychology, etc - you might be surprised to hear that being a night owl isn’t a thing. It’s mostly a question of having conditioned oneself into that pattern, and there are scientific based protocols for reprogramming out of it. Same with eating times, number of meals, food preferences, etc. I could have him sleeping at 9:30pm and waking at 5am. All it takes is being open to learning about sleep hygiene protocols, and strictly committing to it for a few weeks. And voila - you will reprogram your sleep cycle. And guess what - the body does much better with the early to sleep, early to rise schedule. With the hours before 12am being the most potentially restorative and important. Don’t believe me, read up on the latest science-based sleep hygiene protocols. One avenue for that is called CBT-i (CBT is a form of therapy and the “i” stands for insomnia, but it’s also a general protocol for reprogramming and strengthening sleep cycles) Follow the protocols and you will restore yourself to a natural, resilient, nourishing, reliable sleep schedule.

@@papa_pt I disagree. Elon is 90% Physisist & Engineer, 10% business. Tesla is successful as he focuses on inventing & delivering innovative products that solve basic human problems..
