Day in the life racing a UK National Circuit Series

With 3 rounds of the National Series already under our belts round 4 saw a trip to Dudley. Heading into the race the team I am riding for, Ribble Rebellion, were currently leading the series and I thought I would bring you along to see if we could defend our lead and also bring home a win on the night.
From what I ate before, during and after to showing you what I packed in my kit bag and even footage captured from inside the race on my GoPro, hopefully this gives you a good insight into my day all whilst working a 9-5.
