Don't use knife or anything sharp on the pan because it can be scratched and release parts to the food that can cause cancer (pans with teflon coating mainly but I wouldnt use on any). Great vlog anyways, amazing to see you make the progress

I'm ALL about the eggs... you'll get better/more creative at making them too. If scrambled, try at a lowwww heat, they're way better creamy man, trust. I make French style omelettes, they're like crepes. So you kind of get the cristpy bready texture on the outside and the creamy fluffy texture of the eggs on the inside. I've been playing with nutrition for 20 years, so important for an athlete. But you gotta keep it interesting and tasty. I was a footballer (soccer player) until 24/25, now going back to sprinting at 37. Still fast too! Totally relate with the whole introvert thing. People don't expect it with athletes, but a lot actually are quite introverted...and focused. How else can you get to that level. Many of my friends and teammates, including myself, were quite introverted, professional. If you want to be serious at a high level with these things you have to treat it as work and be a professional. You my friend have a good head on your shoulders. I really hope you succeed with track. Your work ethic etc. is setting you up for greater things beyond that too, just remember. Keep the content coming, love it.
