Tom you ever think about doing a colab with Mat Armstrong? He is a car guy that came from humble beginnings. Used to be a freestyle bicycle trick rider but wound up fixing his gf car on camera and he was off and running. Mat has pretty high numbers and I’m not totally sure where he is from in England. Solo refers to the protection you’re (not) reliant on like a partner or a rope so you’re climbing solo

"The Boxing Machine" We've got a boxing machine at the local bar, and I’ve maxed it out a few times. While I'm stronger than average, it's really about how you hit it, not just power. I am sure most know there is a trick but i will explain it. The trick with this machine is in the hinge it rides on. You want to minimize any energy loss into that hinge. Of course, some energy will always transfer there b/c its got to move, but the goal is to keep it minimal. To do that, aim for a clean, straight hit, but with a slight downward angle. Try to strike the bag just above its widest point, coming in straight on and angling down a bit. That way, most of your punch registers with the machine, instead of getting absorbed by the hinge. And when I say 'straight,' I don’t mean a jab; if you’re using a left hook, position yourself to ensure that the hook lands with the right alignment to hit it just right.

I’m a newbie here on the page but a fan, can’t wait to watch you crush JJ or whoever they put you in with. At the end watching him point to the stones for you, Tom did I learn you are colorblind? Gray truck, most of your clothes are gray or black, I worked with a guy for a year and didn’t know. Then we got a mixed load of wood delivered and he couldn’t tell if it was pressure treated “green color a bit” or non pressure treated.
