HOW I ATE 2800 CALORIES IN A DAY ON MY BIRTHDAY 🎂
My girlfriend wanted to celebrate my birthday, however, I'm currently in prep right now so this is her attempt to make a prep friendly birthday dinner for me.
To be able to accomodate for this, my plan was to hit my protein while keeping my calories as low as possible throughout the day to save on as many calories as I could.
Although I was well over my fats, surprisingly, I managed to hit my calories and protein that day 😏
My protocols are:
2800 cals
375c / 50f / 220p
10k steps per day
