@@FilthyCasual96 I did our first ancient puzzle ring last night off-season and it was insane. So many DB's even without Sages and the number of gold / mats / gems / legendaries that dropped was bonkers 😜

necro looks great for this season :) just a quick note, the mages won't attack faster with tasker and theo but their damage is increased accordingly

Thanks for the vid! I keep dying with the gr70 build. I start up with mages, command minions and then bonearmor. i use the numlock thing for devour, but I dont get enough juice to keep casting mages. Im probably doing something wrong, but at the moment Im in a deadlock.

Thanks Andreas, it’s definitely hard at the start to get the build going. Must be frustrating You need the bone armour stacks to survive for sure, which isn’t always the easiest thing at the start of a rift You’ll need to hit the mobs with your bonestorm for the mages to do the 10,000% damage and you need to command skeleton before you cast any mages so that the first ones out do the 400% At the start of the rift you should be able to get bone armour up to a decent level (unless unlucky), command skeleton, hit mages, then hit Golem which auto devour the corpses, hit mages again, get any health globes and then hit mages again. This should give 6 at the start, all near to max power Presume you have the Reapers bracers? @@krsans78 It's all a learning process....Looking at the Rathma build you have sent 1. swap out vitality gems for either topaz or ruby - preferably Topaz (better toughness and increased damage than vit gems) 2. swap commander of risen dead for Life from death passive (this will proc health globes to get juice to cast mages - with no generator this is how you get essence to cast the mages) 3. Swap blood rush rune to either 1. Molting (leaves a corpse to auto consume for juice and chance of health globe) or potency to boost toughness - I would go molting probably. Or consider dropping it for a generator eg bone spikes at range, just to clear the GR70. You would have plenty of juice with these changes, but you will lose the ability to teleport out of danger 4. Try and work in extra socket in ring slot for enforcer or toughness gem (see below) - so switch ring or roll a socket on the SOJ 5. Possibly swap bane of powerful for Esoteric Alteration or Gizzard to help toughness or recovery In all honesty, you will struggle for toughness with Rathma doing GR70 as you have 50% Dr from set and 45% from WOK. The dantee DR only works if you get an enemy cursed i.e. within 15 yards and the mages are a long range attack mostly. You'll need to hang back and gobble up the globes, which might be easier with a generator. Avoiding damage is always better than mitigating it I would swap over to Inarius as the multiplier is much bigger (2.5 times bigger) and you will get more toughness out of your WOK. Just make sure you have molting on blood rush and Life from Death - these are essential to getting juice by getting heath globes to spawn Good luck Also, Krispins/unity/Lorenelle would be better than SOJ but I appreciate it's early season and the drops are limited FC

as always, good ideas and noob friendly, which is particularly important to me ;) This is first season ever I hit paragon 400ish on day day 3, sunday night. Was doing a weird combo of grim scythe and singularity mages but...it was working really good and really fast. Now running siphon / rose but RG are a real pain to kill...GR 60 takes 3 mins but the RG takes another 3 so a total of 6 min +, damn it! but im lacking scythe of the cycle and my gems are 25 only. Im thinking of LoN skeleton archers for some quick GR70 speeds and CE too.

JaCeK good stuff! Glad I’ve helped and those things all sound good to try Nova builds do suffer on single target. Mages probably the better choice, although singularity is very powerful if you can get essence back quick enough - eg Reapers and health globes 👍🏻

@@FilthyCasual96 skeletal archers shall be ok on LoN for gr 70 i guess, not for pushing though. Im thinking of squeezing in LotD and corpse lsnce for the RG and quitting golem and simulacrum. I have some cdr so basically i can spam bone armour and the freeze from golem becomes more and more obsolete. Cheers!

@@Ntonique i was fooling around with different builds but eventually siphon/rose came on top for speed gr65. I hate singularity for its mana management. With cold archers i went all 13 items ancient but poorly optimized. Items u need include scythe of the cycle, reilena, krysbin, julians love ring, frostburn, tasker and theo, dayntee belt. I like unity for aded toughness. Got some cdr and had perma CC with bonearmour and ice golem . Frailty with scent of blood. It is fun and it is really quick. Good for lower gr. Cheers!

Can't find my previous comment, but I'm stuck on GR55 with 565 Paragon levels. I've got all the pieces that you have here, Leg Gems at 45. Any idea why my damage output is so low? I love the Necro and I'm really enjoying your builds, I just can't seem to get anywhere with it.

Morning Michael, if you can ping me your build I can take a look. You should be clearing GR70 (or very close) with that amount of paragon so something not working quite right Just in case you can't link me to the build as it is damage you are struggling with, there are three essential elements for the mages to hit hard 1. You need to hit the target with your swirling bone storm for the mages to benefit from 10,000% multiplier - i.e. you need to be up close 2. You need to command skeleton before you cast any mages (Mages then get 400% multiplier) 3. Mages need to be cast as near to max essence as possible 4. You need to consume corpses and globes to boost essence to make sure you can command the skeletons again (if needed) and cast more mages Hope this helps and good luck

I was also doing that out of order, I was casting Mages, then building back up to Command, and I'm running the NumLock on Consume to make sure I get any corpses that drop. @@FilthyCasual96 Yeah, i just change Illusory to Steuart's Greaves and Frailty by Blood Rush, Movement speéd increase to 120% so i just run to Rift Guardian, Shrine and other elite enemies to kill them, it's save alot of time. As i said that build take a long time to kill boss, but anyway I'm satisfied to finish at 102 with exacly 1000 paragon for SS16. Hope see a build from you could make me go higher this SS, still wait for your Vid, Thanks again ^^

probably can do it about 300 para, speeds wont come into play for T16 till 600+ id imagine, solo anyway. So, about 10-12 hours of gameplay on day 1 with a 4 man Meta Rats group.

Hey Brandon, sorry you are struggling with it If you can link me to your build, I’ll take a look and see if I can help (will be tomorrow as going to bed 💤) A couple of other people struggled so maybe some useful info in the comments section To do enough damage, you need to be close to tag the enemies with bone nado, then command skeletons to get damage buff, then cast mages. If it’s toughness, you may just have to find another layer of damage reduction or take some more defensive roles It’s definitely not a good build, but offered the easiest pieces to find that could clear GR70. I’ve recently put up another Inarius guide, so maybe you could aim for that instead Nothing worse than a frustrating build - good luck 👍🏻👍🏻

just equip any ancient item you get during the lvling and forget inarius , its basicly shit, tested it in many ways and dont worth the usage, i wont even bother to gather the headrig gift
