Hello Adriana your food looks absolutely delicious. I like your idea of sauteing mushrooms and onions for a salad. You make some delicious salads. I am a honey mustard dressing girl myself. Can't get enough of the stuff. I also make a good balsamic vinaigrette I. I never thought of incorporating artichoke hearts in salad either, but I bet it's wonderful. Lots of wonderful ideas to dress up salads. Who says salad has to be boring!?

When my husband and I did not have kids, we used to laugh at those with kids and their “scissors”. Now? Can’t live without it! I cut up all food items. 🤷🏻‍♀️
