One thing I've noticed all my years of mechanicing, if you draw blood, it always works. If you don't draw blood then sometimes it doesn't work. Also, sometimes you have to throw the wrench across the garage. Really enjoyed the humor tonight!! Bike is looking great. CHEERS to a build well done.❤

I'd say keep the contrasting air cleaner cover, but I also like the K&N two-port butterfly valve air cleaner. My brother-in-law used to have one on his Yamaha V-Star 650 and it looked good.

Chrome is really easy to keep lookin good, polish it good once then protect it with wax, follow up cleanings just wash blow dry and use a good spray detailer.

I would plumb a dump valve in. So one when you park it one flip it drops. Two in case a solenoid opens while parked it wont air up. Thats if you add a center stand cash it has happened.

Yes the American Suspension "trumpet" has a 4 valves and it's fully pneumatic with lock outs. When they are locked it can never air up or down. That's what we are running on this

I could be wrong, but I think your gas tank is already vented with the tube under the speedo so a vented cap is not required.

Bike looks perdy nice. I had a chrome cover were the rocker switches are on a Ultra classic. Once in a while the sun would be in the right spot and it would reflect in my eyes. Didn't happen often but was very annoying when it did. That is a lot of chrome on that dash, I hope you don't be squinting like staring at the Eagle headlight.

Screamin Eagle chrome billet air cleaner with 7 'spokes' would look very cool on the 'Queen. I built a custom SS rear fender skirt for my RG that emulates the chrome HD badge & shield skirt I have on the front fender, the bottom edge is 3" lower than the fender for a bit of a 'dragger look 😉
