I’ve been following your advice religiously - see the sunrise, get as much morning light as I can, wearing blue blocking glasses from sunset. I’m ready to sleep at 8.30pm and out cold as soon as my head hits the pillow. I guess that is the way it’s supposed to be 😊. Thanks Sara!

Sara, I love your work and think you are such a phenomenal thought leader and synthesizer of various sources of information! I have a request if possible. Can you please upload your great KZbin videos onto a podcast platform including the podcast app and/or Spotify? As you probably do as well, I like to do lots of my education disconnected from EMF’s and I enjoy downloading podcast episodes onto my phone and listening to them while my phone is on airplane mode. I would be able to listen to much more of your content if this was possible. Thanks for your consideration

Thank you Dr Sara, Ive been learning lots listening to you and your guests. I thought it was very interesting that it's not necessarily the blue light but a narrow band without the other wavelengths. I have lots of questions so thinking of joining you monthly coaching.

@@rubyhart7935 if someone is unhealthy then possibly. But that isn't about fiber, that is about a poor state of health in general. Fiber is how we feed a healthy microbiome and how we create hydrogen endogenously. It has always been and always will be extremely important, despite what some influencers are telling you (atm).

Hi Sara. I've been enjoying your informative podcasts and have learned a lot. I have a question: after having had cataract surgery a couple years ago, I'm wondering if the lens they replaced still allow the correct light frequencies to be registered. Do i still get UVA, UVB and NIR light?

Can you specify what if any differences / benefits Scott Zimmermans light bulbs have over / compared to the ‘full spectrum’ ones Bon Charge & BlockBlueLightUK are selling ? From what I could gather, Zimmermans has dimmer capability & a ‘more natural’ spectrum of light’ ? Also the bulbs don’t work in the UK yet.. so only the Lamp would work in the UK ?

He said that he has IR wavelength there, connection of incandescent bulb and LED bulb, but you know what is quite problematic? Energy efficiecy and the Europe and UK regulations, I read that in the UK there is I think at least 130 lm/W. So this is the complications. But I never saw spectral power distribution meassured by radiospectrometer of Scotts bulbs. The thing is that with the normal radiospectrometer you cannot measure IR from I think 800 nm... you have to have different spectrometer.

So much sense in trying to educate about light and optics in biology, toward a better future! There is such a strong bias against teaching physics in the medical paradigm. Profit at any cost rules. But beyond the immediate present, the costs skyrocket by neglecting the science that is known, and due diligence in funding for better understanding and predictive ability to apply it to save our existence. Nature bats last, but it does bat! We had better wake up for the sake of the children of our grandchildren.

This is probably very useful information but I gave up with watching because the audio was really bad, if this is a way to promote your business it would be well worth while getting some hep to manage the production recording. Also maybe a title with a hook or overview talk at the start to set the scene would be useful because it seemed to ramble on a lot a the start without there being an obvious point, with an understanding of what is to come later production bugs would be easier to overlook. i.e. have a hook early on. Hope this helps a bit for future recordings.

@@ThebusysuperhumanZoom routinely destroys the audio quality of every video I'm on. I moved over to streamyard which is much better than zoom for recordings. If you want any recommendations, let me know. I've spent weeks worth of time correcting my audio, and I have a friend in Finland who is an absolute guru with it. If that's something that interests you, let me know. I don't want anything for it 🙏🏼
