If this was a woman cooking in the pre-internet era, I would agree. But It's not. This woman literally has EVERY SINGLE piece of cooking information and teaching and tips and instructions and advice and step-by-step IDIOT PROOF cooking at her fingertips, and yet she REFUSES TO USE IT. She clearly has access to the internet, and yet she's not even doing the tiniest little bit to find out how to cook shit correctly, God only knows why. It's so unfathomably stupid. The dipping meat in flour, then egg, then back into flour or another coating is actually pretty normal (Granted, it's usually fish, and it gets deep fried). If you do it right, it can make an extra crispy outside

When your making a sauce, you can’t mix cold butter and flour. Melt your butter, add your ingredients, stock or water and then stir in small amounts of flour at a time until your sauce is to your liking of thickness and taste.
