Autism makes you very shut in and unwilling to speak to anyone that isn't in a very close circle if at all. If you haven't had a real diagnosis then you aren't autistic and even if you have I severely doubt it based on today's standards of autism. What's far more likely is you've spent your entire life looking at a screen instead of actually engaging people and now you feel awkward about real life scenarios, making g autism your cop out for pretty much everything that requires interaction or effort. Autism used to mean that a person was barely functioning and needed a caregiver around the clock until about a year ago when everyone with any social anxiety was all of a sudden Autistic. Your ability to make a fully formed comment and also type it properly tells me you're in the latter, mostly self diagnosed group. You're not Autistic, your looking for excuses!

I have since been retested 2 times, once as a teen, and once as an adult, and both times I have been told I am autistic. Do not sit there and tell me what I am until you have the proper schooling and licensing to do so. Then we can sit down in your office, you can test me, and we can go from there. Sadly there won't be one. I believe Daz said Kay's health was just rough overall and she didn't want to be on as big of a platform as Daz's. He did say he wanted really badly to help her out tho with like a whole kitchen remodeling and even in helping her on cooking. But a video with both of them seems unlikely atm.

With cooking with cola, my Korean grandma marinates short beef ribs (galbi) and short beef strips (bulgolgi) in some cola with scallions, sesame oil and some other ingredients. It’s so good and everyone that’s tried it (including my picky eater of a dad that eats only pizza, cereal and hot fries) loves it. But other than that, it’s not cooked, just used for marinating.

Nothing wrong with bisto so long as you use it as thickener rather than the main ingredient! If you don’t have meat or veg juices, use a stock cube in a pint of water, Add a little tomato purée, a little sugar and any other seasoning ..then add bisto for thickening..
