Thanks Mike! And for anyone nervous about editing files like myself, just use winrar and zip up the original. It'll make a zipped (or .rar) version of the file in the same folder. If you goof up, you can unzip it and it'll overwrite the file you edited with the original file.

Which software can I use for 3d cartoon animation easy one?

Do you mean 3D cartoon like in Pixar? Because iClone does this pretty well (you just have to play around with getting your characters, sets and props to be "cartoony" as well as get the lighting correct). If you are talking about 2D animation that has kind of a look of 3D (think Archer) you can accomplish this to a large degree with iClone using the toon shader, and there is even a tutorial on this out there (if you can't find it let me know and I'll post the link).

Most of the .dsf files seem to open in binary format, not text format? Regards Jouko

There’s a much easier way to do this. Tools > geometry editor > tool settings > click the eye by the part you want to show.
