There’s a Network Rail PSA called “hit or miss”. I’ve worked on the railway for almost three years now, and it still gets me. It still gets some of my colleagues that have worked on the railway 20+ years. A fatality is something we never, EVER want to deal with. A near miss can be just as scarring! The video is aimed at Network Rail staff, but it makes for informative viewing for people who use the railway. My old P.E teacher worked in a factory where he was on charge of cutting large pieces of cardboard. On this particular day he hadnt had enough sleep and it was like 3 or 4 AM. A piece got stuck so he put his hand in to fix it and uh yeah. He lost three fingertips on his right and two on his left. Hes happily married and has kids tho so good for him i guess 😂
