White Bass Run Has Officially Started! I Found Them in the Current! So Much FUN!!!
The Sand Bass were Running up the River but it looks more like the creek! It was so much fun finding them and catching these white bass after work. If you watch this one there is some good tips in this video for finding them and catching them. I hope you can get out there and catch them. These Texas white bass run up the river and hit lures so hard.

Oh yeah when they running like that it’s so much fun. I’ve missed some years when that run was going on and makes ya miss those times. Like me and my football team I’m always saying maybe next year.

🎣 there's no question about here, that white bass is fun to catch and they're almost like crappie too. If you can find these type of fish in a school, you can catch them all day long give or take. I also got my fishing license and trout stamp, I only paid $37.95. this surely was a great video and fun to watch too.

Yeah this is south as you can go for a river in Texas from a lake for the most part. They were definitely in full swing of the spawn with eggs males and females in the same spot so if your water starts to warm at least in the next month for you. I bet they moving up now even.

I'm so jealous... Ill be heading to that exact area this Saturday. Hopefully they just as active that day. You ever run all the way up to the rapids? Can usually pull em out almost every cast up there.

I’ve never had to run that far up in 3 years and usually catch a limit or a mess when I start hitting anything with a foot of water.

Yea absolutely. Some People love to fish with minnows and it just makes it easier and it’s hard to beat them. The gulp you will just have to work it more like a minnow swimming. Pop a cork and let it fall the pop it again back to you 1 ft deep or so.

I believe there is some largemouth in there but I haven’t caught any yet. That is the Nueces river in south texas just outside of George west.
