I know how to stop Volthoom, you build a new Giant Power Battery and trick him into throwing any part of his energy at it, which starts to pull him inside of it, keeping him there. But because the power will need to be constantly drained so he doesnt overload it and escape, you then establish a multiversal lantern corp. You find yourself the strongest minds with the purest hearts of good in each universe that doesn't have active super powers and give them a Ring and lantern connected to this New Vothoom Power Battery.

Yeah when necron went to kill Vathroom he was under the command of how Jordan. I think Hal Jordan is a Omega level threat from what he did as Parallax but also because in virtually every Lantern Corps the has their equivalent of a book of OA is stated that Hal Jordan would become the greatest of their lanterns he became the greatest Green Lantern he became the greatest Black Lantern when he summoned and controlled necron after killing the emotional spectrum that was presently inside Vathroom so that neck trying to kill Vathom without destroying all life in the Multiverse. I think it was even stated that he was going to be the greatest Yellow Lantern and what's his name atrocitus saw some sort of prophecy regarding Jordan when he did that whole blood reading after he created his core

Gabriel Hughes Manhattan changed multiple universes to create the New 52. Manhattan alone is multiversal. Volthoom isn’t quite there yet. And perpetua is above the monitors who on their own are above the godsphere. The godsphere is where True Darkseid is and he is universal+. So I agree Perpetua wins rather easily

Gabriel Hughes prime earth isn’t all that’s changed. Technically all 52 earths are different from their post crisis counterparts. Recall earth 2 in New 52 had all young heroes with a dead trinity, while earth 2 post crisis had older heroes. So Manhattan changed a lot more than just earth prime

Well he can't kill Nekron, which is why he believed Nekron could kill him, but Nekron was only able to severe his soul from his body. So Nekron and Volthoom are on the same level as far as destructive capabilities, but Nekron doesn't have universal manipulation, since he is trap in the realm of the dead, so Volthoom has that over Nekron.

For people making the comparison... Dr. Manhattan is MUCH stronger than Volthoom. Manhattan changed the DC MULTIVERSE, and he also held Mr. Mxy at bay who on his own is Massively multiversal (there is only 1 Mxy throughout all media, he can also erase beings down to the white paper aka the Overvoid) Volthoom on the other hand could only manipulate the universe he was in, but “Wrath of the First Lantern” story line showed that he had to absorb emotional energy from others in order to do that. So really... Volthoom needed to be amped to affect just a universe. So Dr. Manhattan is way stronger than Volthoom.

It's crazy how these reality-warping characters can be stopped by lower-leveled characters. I just can't wrap my head around it. I feel that if you have reality warping abilities, you're literally God. No one is stopping you but this guy got stopped by a couple of Lanterns? I feel like reality warping is an ability only one OP character should have that does not interfere in any multiverse (DC or Marvel, etc.) I'm so confused. I feel like, if you have reality warping abilities, you can make your self omniscient, omnipotent and omnipresent. But no. Beyond omega level: Venom the end. It probably won't be a video because it's a one shot I think but in case you dont know what Venom the end is, it's a story about venom being the last organic being in the universe. As the universe ends, he fights a Toni stark ai that lead the machines against venom. Point being, venom has every power that he has from bonding with all the superheroes. He uses Jamie madrox(?) Powers to clone humans and granted them a symbiote but all the clones degrade and die due to rapid growth and venom using up all of their strength. He loses sure, but he becomes a small universe in the end or something but I love venom and that's a power that is taken to an extreme and would be cool to see a video on it for those that dont know about it.
