Lauren had the right answer. The uniform is just fabric and some crystals. What makes that fabric and crystals special is the legacy of every DCC who has ever worn it. It’s not an easy process to get that uniform which makes it as special as it is.

Ah, yes, the year of the Minchew sisters. They stole two training camp spots from more deserving girls who would have put 100% of their blood, sweat, and tears into making the team. I'm glad that the following season when one of them tried out again, she got solid no's from everyone. Kelli doesn't forget.

@@wendyburke2210 They were both beauty pageant title holders and were asked how they would manage both training camp and pageants. One or both would have had to crown her successor in June, the same time as training camp. Additionally, they're from Louisiana, so it would have meant traveling back and forth. The whole storyline was bullshit anyway. Judy and Kelli knew who they were before they took them into camp.

She did not get solid no's from everyone. In Prelims, the only one who voted no was Judy. They brought the sisters in for ratings and drama knowing they were going to leave. It was a new story line to bring back a girl who was cut at Finals. Inside information was Kelli and Judy did not care for Kaime along with Kaime thinking she had it in the bag and did not want to work for her spot. This was not the first time a girl left TC. Two girls in TC left in Season One. The only opinion that matters in the whole thing is Kelli and Charlotte. Judy and the judges get very little say so in who makes or does not make the team.

My biggest question for this entire series is why in the HELL would you audition without knowing how to do the kick line/jump split. Like I would not even try before I could do that one thing 😂

WRONG ANSWER!!!! The girl doesn't make the uniform... the point is the DCC have been around since what 61'. Many women have donned the uniform, however the cowboys establishment IF YOUR PART OF IT, sets many of these ladies up for life! The connections they meet, the people they rub elbows with... this is why KELLY hates it when girls have no knowledge of the cowboys history! They are literally one of 3 most famous NFL establishments ever in history of the US!! DALLAS has been solid since the beginning!! The correct answer is THE UNIFORM MAKES THE GIRL!!!!! In the real world, most of these girls are noone special... but the DCC are something VERY SPECIAL!!!!

@J She never said there was nothing to learn she said that she was still her own person putting in the work and living up to the reputation and that deserves acknowledgment. If the girls didn’t do what they did as well as they did or they set a poor example than the uniform wouldn’t mean anything. If I was an employer I wouldn’t want to hear somebody say they aren’t deserving of their position or they’re not bringing anything to the table. They just want weak minded women they can exploit which they historically do.

WOW! This one brings back a LOT of memories. So cool to see Brooke, Ashton, Jackie Bob (aka Jacqueline Louissa Christina Marissa Lianne de’Jeannot Bob), Mia, Sunny, Megan (McVey and Sharp) and Rachel. I really hoped Rachel Buckmaster would finally make the team but sadly, it wasn't meant to be. The Minchew sisters ticked me off. My favorite will ALWAYS be Brooke.

It´s not being ¨soft¨, it´s being respectful, you can be strict without being disrespectful. Kitty is even worse, I never heard her giving feedback without demeaning the girl first, first, she makes her feel worthless, then she corrects.

The reason they are so notorious is because of how talented their girls are these girls are not a dime a dozen.
