Yes, shifting speed is fully adjustable. On light loads there is no point in having them that quick tho, because why? ;D

So how does a clutch pedal work with this application, is it just used as a switch ?

It works like electronic throttle, It's just clutch by wire. It behaves like manual car. Btw Nissan 350z gas pedal is the best affordable and quality option for clutch by wire pedal.
