The gender change is not an option because of the styles in game. Lost of styles are gender specific.... wo changing would cause some sort of issue. As for the Hero to Villain change... if they did that it would pretty much kill the Villain side. HORDES of players would desert the Villain side to go to the more populated side the Hero sides. So.... not really an option.
