What The Costumes of Each DCU Villain Should Look Like

Previously, I made a video that looked at the heroes of the DC Universe and went over what I'd like to see the costumes of each one of those characters to look like in the DCU. This video will be a follow up to that, where I go over some of the biggest DC villains and go over, in as much detail as possible, what I’d like them to look like in the DCU.

@@Jurassicgalaxy1245 I certainly agree that Marvel has some fantastic villains (Dr Doom and Magneto are my favorite antagonists of all time.), I just think they have more OVERALL less interesting and poorly written villains than DC. This doesn't mean that every DC antagonist is better than every Marvel antagonist, It just means they are more widely known and/or better written. Like if you walked up to a random guy on the street he would probably recognize Bane before Kingpin.(No shade to Kingpin, just using him as an example.)

Thank you for including photos of Metallo and Mr. Mxyzptlk from The Adventures of Superboy tv series. I grew up with that show and love that it still gets referenced. To this day it has my favorite Bizarro in terms of not only make up but his dynamic with Superboy, often referring to each other as "brother".

I REALLY hope they get Cheetah right, as she is my favorite DC villain of alltime, but I hope they do something similar to her Justice League: Doom appearance. Maybe the hair could be lighter than in Injustice 2, definitely give a black outfit like she has in JLD, but make the clothes look ripped to emphasize her animalistic nature. Also, would put emphasis on her claws, making them silver.

I'm a huge fan of the Arkham Origins Joker design. Get Ewan Mitchell to play Joker (Aemond from House of the Dragon). Arkham Origins Joker is my most favorite Joker adaptation of all time. For Scarecrow my most favorite design is Arkham Knight. That's also the best Scarecrow of all time IMO.

Think parasite could work as a practical costume with CGI touch ups. Like vecna or TLOU zombies. Should look gross and like he’s in pain and sometimes practical effects are just better at that. Like he should look like he wouldn’t look that outta place in The Thing. And I’d prefer if he’d look like a horror monster. Like those few scenes in SMTAS where he was transforming into parasite and looked like a zombie. Same CGI/practical mix goes for two face. Like Gus fring’s death mask. And for Metallo, just rip off terminator but make those eyes green. I also think joker should change clothes often. Which I’m pretty sure most characters that don’t have super suits would but like he’d just have different looks and maybe even change up his makeup and hair whenever he feels like it. This is also gonna be a weird one but Mixy should also look uncanny. No pores on his skin, yes big af, white strips instead of teeth, def CGI. I also kinda watch cheetah to also look weird and be like a Greek monster. Have her built like the Minotaur but replace the bull and man with a cheetah and woman. Cheetah hind legs and all. A furry’s wet dream. And trigon should be built like a DOOM boss fight, and while star fire has red hair that slowly turns orange have black fire’s either be black and turn violet

i really do hope that for batman's design, instead of the trunks they take inspiration from rafeal grampa's batman look where its a more flexible material that just kinda looks like the trunks it makes sense seeing how there'd be a lot of movement at the joints, plus the black breaks up all the grey in batman's costume; without that black at his pelvis it just looks bad (i don't like the batfleck suit) (also look up rafeal grampa's artwork cus i'm not doing it justice)

For joker I think it should just be the comic joker look, which hasnt been adapted into live action and if it has then it wasnt in something big. Maybe use prosthetics to give more joker elements like the chin and nose

I actually think that a cgi/makeup hybrid cheetah could work -- especially after watching what James Gunn and his team did with Guardians 3 and those animal/human hybrids on the utopia planet. Also, I think it could be a fun (if not odd) idea to make Mr. Myz a 2D animated character within the live action universe (like in Roger Rabbit), since he is a 5 dimensional character and isn't supposed to fit in.

If anything from the The Suicide Squad is retconned, it should be the deaths of every character other than Rick Flag. They should most definitely take massive inspiration from the Joker look from the Arkham Series. With similar type green haristyle, green evil eyes, that big hidious & creepy Joker smile, classic purple suit, also that long pointy chin & nose. Also for Two-Face, they should give him the exact same look from the animated series, but change the blue face to red.

I have head canon that the DC multiverse is like a grid with Earth 1/Prime, whatever you want to call it, at the center or 0,0. All other/else world projects are at different points on that graph based on how comic accurate they are. Like, the Green Lantern movie will be on the outside of the graph, since it's not really that accurate to the comics. This idea will make the DC multiverse different from Marvel and be easier to use.
