I played dd1 rlly young with my brothers then stopped for 10 years and now I started, but dd2 is so confusing I’m lost

Its soo much fun, if you just keep playing. But to help you understand, just watch these beginner videos by Mrjuicebags, Dd2skunky, MrpeterPflGaming, Obsterics just to name a few. But defense rate shards are #1, for the regular shards, destruction is #2, and deadly strikes is #3. You can buy these shards, from the granmaster, over in the back, middle, part of the ship in town, or in the private tavern, to the far right side, of the storage/bank vault, the granmaster is also in this private tavern. Also if you play with 1 other player= 2x Legendary gear, 3 players= 4x Legendary gear, and 4 players= 6x Legendary gear! Dont waste your gold/game $ on upgrading your weapons, armour, medallions, or totems, @ 1st, just pick up the better gear as you go, and fill out ALL of your heros, and defenses with gear/items that drop. Also setup your bag to auto collect. Plus you have up to 3 hours to collect your items for free from the scavengers, when your done grinding. Dont take the time while playing to go through your gear, do that later, so you dont hold up other players, or they may kick you. Also if someone else is building, wait for them to ready up 1st, then u can. Hope this helps you have a great time playing Dd2!?

Im sorry i have trouble doing all content outside campaign. I am ascension lvl 7. I cant do a single map solo. What should i do to get started? Play campaign gives me no exp

As a new player at this point ... I can say very confidently.. nobody does these.. somhavenfunndoing them alone.. almost quit the game myself.. haven't yet tho

Def not. Literally everyone besides a brand new player would do these as they are super rewarding. I mean has to be like 50% of the player base at a minimum has done them. Many players even do the questline on their alts for the rewards. The majority of DD2 play does take place by yourself and alts though, just so you know. It's a dominantly solo game with very little actual coop.

how do i get quests? i didnt play this game long time but im sure i didnt complete all of them and i dont see a new one
