To correct China, the international community must join the Philippines to sue China for violating Article 89 of the UNCLSO. Article 89 : No State may validly purport to subject any part of the high seas to its sovereignty.

NATO should intervene for China's bullying to ease tension between the two countries. If this continues, then America may have no choice but to drive away all Chinese vessels within the Philippines EEZ under the 1951 PMDT.
