In 1965 my 1st car was a 2door 55 Chevy with junkyard 283, 3 speed with Hurst floor shifter, light gray primered, black steelies with baby moons, not poverty caps. The baby moons were less than $20, the price of 1 chrome reverse wheel at Western Auto. AM radio with reverb hooked in. Engines put in with chain hoist hanging from tree limb, clutches changed on your back. Old guys like your shows , too. Our floor patches were missing road signs.

A lot of work, time was never ending. 40 years and I’m still riding around in bad ass car!!! Wouldn’t trade it for nothing. The nomad looks super cool. I wish some of the colors from today would have been around then. Chevy wore me out with green. RS green is an exception. It was a good fun video that showed a lot of great content. In the future if you have an opportunity to do kind of a not to crazy build on a 90’s 454 engine that will sound good and have a few more ponies, I need to “know how” to bring one all together. Had a kitten laughing when the video went from a clean Dan to an absolutely war painted in grunge Dan, great segway to showing off a completed repair. Your work deserves great praise towards functional sturdiness and overall safe operational rescues of great classic cars you found savable when in reality they were only inches from the crusher. The earnestness you convey is absolutely charming, you're free with pricing everything in both Canadian and American funds right down to total costs at the completed driving state which in most cases are worthy of the bragging rights for their economic achievement for out of pocket but the hours are more than a full time job for weeks on some cars. When you do get this Nomad ready to drive the season change is definitely going to restrict it's use unless you have a southern tour set up already.

The floor looks good. I tried to use the narrow rims on the front with disc brakes and the rim rubbed the caliper. Hopefully your kit was made for stock rims. You put in lots of hours to make it go that fast. You should try leaving the camera in one spot for a few days and run 3 timelaps overlaps with you working on different areas so it looks like 3 of you are working on a car.
